today I learned about being a firefighter and how to become one, for ens-tens you need around 15 to 30 college credit hours and 16 months of training to become one. firefighters work all the time 365 days a year a ,firefighters expectancy to die on the job is three to five times the rate of a civilian and after all the work they do in school training and saving our lives they don't get social security but they get the money and extra retiring benefits
